How
Healthy Is Your Church?
Have
you ever wondered that?
How often has your
leadership asked that
question and found many
conflicting answers.
Everyone seems to
have an opinion, but which
one is correct?
Wouldn't you like
to have a statistically
valid, objective analysis
on the situation?
That's
where the Natural Church
Development survey comes
in.
Developed in
research that spanned six
continents and now with
over eight million
responses, this survey
measures eight key
elements of church health.
The results are
valid regardless of the
theological background,
form of church government,
or worship style of the
church being measured.
The resulting
report can provide a
benchmark for planning,
recruitment, or even
provide help during
pastoral transitions.
However, its greatest
strength is in helping a
church focus their
energies in ways that
bring about increased
health and growth.
The key areas include: Empowering Leadership, Gift-Oriented Ministry, Passionate Spirituality, Inspiring Worship, Holistic Small Groups, Need-Oriented Evangelism, and Loving Relationships.
Don Clements, Director of Metokos Ministries, is a Certified NCD Coach and can provide all the materials and scoring for you to administer this survey, and (if you desire) can come and help you interpret and apply the results especially in the development of a Vision Plan or the organization of a Pulpit Nominating Committee.
